James got into the HVAC trade in 2008 after a friend gave him some straightforward advice. Everybody needs to eat, and everybody needs cool. He spent his early years in hands-on field training before earning his EPA Refrigeration License and building a solid background in advanced diagnostics and energy analysis. By 2012, he had moved into comfort advising, helping homeowners get the right system sized and installed correctly the first time.
Family is his compass. He’s been with his wife for sixteen years, married for ten, with two kids at home. Every customer gets the same honesty and respect he’d want shown to his own family. That’s not a tagline. It’s just how he operates.
Honesty is non-negotiable for him. He’d rather deliver hard news and work through it than overpromise and come up short. Every year, he and the team find someone who genuinely needs help and do the work for free. That part of the job never gets old.
Off the clock, you’ll find him camping with family, chasing down trading cards, or watching the Seahawks. He’s a Seattle sports fan through and through and is still holding out hope for the Sonics.
For James, a good life is simple. Healthy family, roof over their heads, food on the table. That’s the whole thing.

Family is at the heart of everything he does. As a husband and father of five, he knows how much a safe, comfortable home means to everyday life. That perspective shows up in the way he works, with a genuine level of care and attention he’d expect for his own family.
